Delivery Scheduling Policy

We'll work with you to schedule a delivery time. We'll confirm details a day prior. Please ensure someone is present at the designated time. Thank you!

Service Policy

Inside delivery: We deliver your new beds inside your home
Setup and placement: Our delivery team will unpack and place your new items exactly where you want them.
Packaging removal: We'll take away all packaging materials, leaving your space clutter-free.

Please note:
Old item removal: We'll prepare your old items for removal, but they will not be taken away with our delivery truck. It's your responsibility to dispose of them properly.
